Important
Once your package is handed off to the carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx), it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. If you experience issues, please contact USPS, UPS or FedEx directly to inquire or file a claim.
Shipping & Delivery
At this time we ship only to United States domestic locations.
FREE SHIPPING IS INCLUDED ON ALL ORDERS OF $30.00 AND OVER (SOME EXCLUSIONS MAY APPLY). ORDERS OF $29.99 OR LESS CARRY A STANDARD SHIPPING CHARGE OF $9.00.
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping then takes an additional 3–14 business days for the contiguous United States, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may require extra time.
We select the most efficient carrier for each order, which may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Bulk orders may ship via freight.
Please note that many carriers are currently experiencing delays, so your order may take longer than usual to arrive once shipped.
All orders are fulfilled from our Sun Valley, California warehouse.
Exclusions
Orders over 25 lbs shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the outer islands do not qualify for Free shipping. Please contact us to receive a shipping quote.
Our Limited Warranty & Disclaimer of Liability
The Seller warrants that the seeds we sell have been labeled as required by law and/or as described by us on the container within recognized tolerances. We make no other warranties, expressed or implied, of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose otherwise. Our liability, whether contractual, for negligence, or otherwise, is limited in all respects to the amount of the purchase price of the seeds, regardless of the nature, cause, or extent of the loss. It is expressly agreed that this limited remedy is exclusive and that we shall not be liable for any damages over and above the purchase price of this product. And as a condition to any liability on our part, we must receive notice by registered mail of any claim that the seed is defective within 30 days after the defect in the seed becomes apparent.
We cannot guarantee seed establishment due to a variety of factors beyond our control. Conditions such as cold temperatures, soil quality, insufficient moisture, improper planting depth, rain wash‑out, and other environmental influences may affect successful establishment.
Pictures of products and their descriptions are representations. Due to the fact that plants grow differently under various soil, climatic and cultural conditions there can be variations from the descriptions and pictures shown.
NOTICE OF ARBITRATION: It is further agreed that any dispute arising out of your purchase of these seeds shall be resolved by binding arbitration. We agree that the arbitration shall be governed by the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, which rules are applicable in the state where the crops involved in the dispute were grown. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE PROVISIONS, RETURN THIS PRODUCT AT ONCE IN ITS ORIGINAL, UNOPENED CONTAINER AND YOUR PURCHASE PRICE WILL BE REFUNDED.
NOTICE ARBITRATION/CONCILIATION/MEDIATION REQUIRED BY SEVERAL STATES: Under the seed laws of several states, arbitration, mediation, or conciliation is required as a prerequisite to maintaining a legal action based upon the failure of the seed to which this notice is attached to produce as representation. The consumer shall file a complaint (sworn for AR, FL, IN, MS, SC, TX, WA; signed only CA, GA, ID, ND SD) along with the required filing fee (where applicable) with the Commissioner/Director/Secretary of Agriculture Seed Commissioner, or Chief Agriculture Officer within such time as to permit inspection of the crops, plants or trees by the designated agency and the seedsman from whom the seed was purchased. A copy of the complaint shall be sent to the seller by certified or registered mail or as otherwise provided by state statute.

Returns and Refunds
Orders may be canceled for a full refund any time before they leave our warehouse. After shipment, products may be returned under the following conditions:
- Returned products must be in the original clean and dry unopened container. Returns more than 30 days after delivery cannot be accepted.
- A 15% restocking fee is charged on all products returned for credit. The customer is responsible for the cost of return freight to Stover Seed Company, 9180 San Fernando Rd, Sun Valley, CA 91352
Refunds may take more than a week to appear on your credit card statement, even though the original charge is reflected immediately.
