Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns passed the 30-day will be refused.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened with original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customer_service@stoverseed.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The initial delivery cost plus a 15% restocking fee is charged on all products returned for credit. The customer is responsible for the cost of return freight to Stover Seed Company, 9180 San Fernando Rd, Sun Valley, CA 91352

Refunds may take over a week to show up on your credit card balance, but the initial purchase shows up immediately.

Damages and issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order within 24 hours of delivery. If you notice any damage, defects, or receive the wrong item, please reach out immediately so we can review the issue and resolve it promptly.
