At this time we ship only to United States domestic locations   

FREE SHIPPING IS INCLUDED ON ALL ORDERS OF $30.00 (some exclusions may apply) AND OVER.  ORDERS OF $29.99 OR LESS CARRY A STANDARD SHIPPING CHARGE OF $9.00. Free shipping is excluded for shipments over 25 lbs to Alaska, Hawaii, and outer islands

Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process and free shipping takes an additional five to eight business days for the contiguous United States.  Additional time may apply to shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. Carriers that may be used include, but are not limited to: United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), or FedEx. For bulk orders, freight delivery may be used. Please note USPS does round up the shipping weight on the labels and weight shouldn't be use as a reflection of the amount of product that you purchase or receive.  All orders are shipped from our Sun Valley, California warehouse.

Our Limited Warranty & Disclaimer of Liability

The Seller warrants that the seeds we sell have been labeled as required by law and/or as described by us on the container within recognized tolerances. We make no other warranties, expressed or implied, of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose otherwise. Our liability, whether contractual, for negligence or otherwise, is limited in all respects to the amount of the purchase price of the seeds, regardless of the nature, cause or extent of the loss. It is expressly agreed that this limited remedy is exclusive and that we shall not be liable for any damages over and above the purchase price of this product. And as a condition to any liability on our part, we must receive notice by registered mail of any claim that the seed is defective within 30 days after the defect in the seed becomes apparent.

We cannot guarantee establishment of seed due to various factors over which we have no control. Many factors can affect successful establishment such as: cold temperatures, soil conditions, lack of moisture, planting too deep, rain wash-out and other environmental conditions.

Pictures of products and their descriptions are representations.  Due to the fact that plants grow differently under various soil, climatic and cultural conditions there can be variations from the descriptions and pictures shown. 

NOTICE OF ARBITRATION: It is further agreed that any dispute arising out of your purchase of these seeds shall be resolved by binding arbitration. We agree that the arbitration shall be governed by the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, which rules are applicable in the state where the crops involved in the dispute were grown. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE PROVISIONS, RETURN THIS PRODUCT AT ONCE IN ITS ORIGINAL, UNOPNED CONTAINER AND YOUR PURCHASE PRICE WILL BE REFUNDED.

NOTICE ARBITRATION/CONCILATION/MEDIATION REQUIRED BY SEVERAL STATES: Under the seed laws of several states, arbitration, mediation, or conciliation is required as a prerequisite to maintaining a legal action based upon the failure of seed to which this notice is attached to produce as representation. The consumer shall file a complaint (sworn for AR, FL, IN, MS, SC, TX, WA; signed only CA, GA, ID, ND SD) along with the required filing fee (where applicable) with the Commissioner/Director/Secretary of Agriculture Seed Commissioner, or Chief Agriculture Officer within such time as to permit inspection of the crops, plants or trees by the designated agency and the seedsman from whom the seed was purchased. A copy of the complaint shall be sent to the seller by certified or registered mail or as otherwise provided by state statute.

Returns and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund prior to shipment from our warehouse. After that, products may be returned as follows;

1. Returned products must be in the original clean and dry unopened container.  Returns more than 30 days after delivery cannot be accepted.
2. A 15% restocking fee is charged on all products returned for credit. The customer is responsible the cost of return freight to Stover Seed Company, 9180 San Fernando Rd, Sun Valley, CA 91352

Refunds may take over a week to show up on your credit card balance, but the initial purchase shows up immediately.
