California Native Wildflower Mixture

Go native with this easy-care mix of 14 colorful drought-tolerant, annual, and perennial, native California wildflowers. Plant seeds in a full-sun location. Once established, this bright mixture needs minimal water and upkeep, though it will flower most of the year if irrigated. Plants will reseed for next season if you allow the flower heads to mature and go to seed.

It includes a variety of sure-fire performers like California Poppy  (Eschscholzia californica), Golden Lupine, Baby Blue Eyes (Nemophilia menziesii), and Tidy Tips (Layia platyglossa); plus a bonus of flowers for cutting, including White Yarrow (Achillea millefolium), Chinese Houses, and the gorgeous Farewell-to-Spring (Clarkia amoena). Many of these beauties will attract butterflies, bees, and other pollinators too.

Excellent in sunny flower beds and borders, this mix is also a great choice as a groundcover on slopes, in meadows, in uncultivated areas of the landscape, and for erosion control.

Available in single packets and as bulk wildflower seeds.
