Fawn Tall Fescue: Best suited to heavy soils but can withstand poorly-drained soils. Being a cool season grass, best growth is achieved in the spring and fall months. Certified Endophyte Free.

Festolium: A perennial bunchgrass that is a hybrid cross between Meadow Fescue and Perennial Ryegrass. Germi-nates quickly and is well suited to heavy grazing.

Orchardgrass: Very good seedling establishment and recovery from grazing. Good winter hardiness.

Annual Ryegrass: Quick establishing nurse crop for perennial species in mixture.

Tetraploid Perennial Ryegrass: Establishes quickly and is highly adaptable. Recovers quickly from grazing. Cool sea-son grass.

Crimson Clover: Nitrogen fixing, and protein-rich for grazing.

Alfalfa: Popular legume in mixtures. Useful cover crop. Protein-rich
